He hasn't yet rolled over, sat up, crept or crawled. He only wants to stand. Whether he's on the floor or on your lap, it matters not. He wants to stand. Unfortunately, his legs are still too short to reach the floor in his walker, so this is what must be done, as often as possible:
Maybe we'll just skip all that other stuff and go straight to walking!
