Tagged Again!

This time, by Scrapping Servant, and she gave me a choice of three memes. One was the same one I posted earlier today, so had to scratch that, the other was the Amish Friendship Bread recipe (which is, by the way, deee-licious) but seeing as how I'm on a diet, I just can't handle that temptation. So there was really only one choice for me.

Marvelous Musings

Here are the rules (though I'm not actually following them to the letter):

1. In your post include a link back to the person who has tagged you.
2. Post one of your intriguing, or shocking, or challenging passage of scripture from the Bible showing scripture references (chapter and verse) with Bible version.
3. (Optional) You may choose to state what you currently understand it to mean. You may also encourage others to comment or share on what they understand that excerpt to mean.
4. Tag at least 5 or more new people to participate.

My verse of choice is Numbers 6:24-26 (NIV) I don't know if it fits the definition of intriguing, shocking or challenging, but it is definitely a favorite of mine. The benediction is my favorite part of our Sunday services (and not because it's at the end!) because it always leaves me feeling comforted, hopeful... peaceful. I often find myself thinking of these words as I send my kids off to school and watch them head down that long road to the bus...

"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you his peace."

I don't want to tag the same people twice today (though you're more than welcome to play along if you like - let me know if you do!) so for this one I'm going to tag...

God bless!

Heather, I have answered your tag. I have also passed it on to some very wonderful women who have great insight.
